Training
We train indoors at Aldershot Garrison Sports Centre, every Wednesday evening.
Juniors: 18:00 - 19:00
North Hants & WINL teams: 19:00 - 20:15
Hampshire County teams: 20:15 - 21:30
We welcome spectators so if you're thinking of joining the club, you can come along to watch a session.
New players are given two free tester training sessions - just send us an email first giving us your details!

Training
Where and when
Aldershot Garrison: Rawlinson Road, Aldershot, GU11 2EY
Players are expected to be at every relevant training session throughout the season, and if you are unable to train on a particular day, please ensure you have notified your captain, coach or a member of the committee by mid-day the day before training.
Alternative venues are sometimes used if the Army require use of the Garrison, but details are given in advance.
Code of Conduct
All players, coaches, officals and volunteers must agree to adopt our Code of Conduct based on positive attitude and fair play. Depending on which team you are part of, you may also be asked to sign up to the code of conduct of the league in which that team plays. Good sport is about positive attitude. Play your part - play fair.
